From anonymous tip to audit-proof processing – in four steps.
The whistleblower opens the portal and fills in the report form. Category, description and optional attachments. Anonymity is selectable.
After submitting, the whistleblower receives a unique case code and access code. This allows them to access their anonymous mailbox at any time.
Through the mailbox, the whistleblower can view the status of their report, answer team queries and receive feedback.
WB officers receive an email notification about new reports. The case immediately appears in the portal with status "New".
The case is assigned to a Compliance Officer or Investigator. Status is updated. Internal notes remain invisible to the whistleblower.
The team provides feedback via the mailbox. After closure, the case is archived. The audit log secures all actions in an audit-proof manner.
